Terms of Service

By using CreatorsUGC (creatorsugc.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

CreatorsUGC is a platform connecting brands ("Clients") with UGC video creators ("Creators") for the production of authentic ad videos.

2. User Account

Minimum age 18. You are responsible for your account security and all activity on it. Accurate information required.

3. Payments & Commission

Payments are processed via Stripe (escrow). CreatorsUGC charges a commission on each transaction. Funds are released to the Creator after delivery and validation.

4. Delivery & Timelines

Delivery times are agreed between the Client and the Creator in each offer. After delivery, the Client can approve the video or request a revision. If the Client does not respond within 7 days of delivery, the delivery is treated as approved and payment is released to the Creator.

5. Rights & Licensing

Digital advertising usage rights included (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads). TV/OOH usage: separate license required.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Before shooting begins: full refund. After production: pro-rata refund if non-compliant with brief.

7. Limitation of Liability

CreatorsUGC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the prior 12 months, excluding gross negligence or willful misconduct.
